Tachi waza (Standing techniques)

Kaiten nage Rotary throw from katate dori – both soto (outside) and uchi (inside), shomen uchi and mune ski
Morote dori irmi nage Entering throw from two hand grab onto one wrist.
Yokomen uchi ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo 1st – 4th pins from side strike to the head
Mune tsuki ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo 1st – 4th pins from punch to the stomach
Men tsuki ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo 1st – 4th pins from punch to the head
Ushiro ryote dori kote gaeshi Wrist outward throw against both wrist grasp from behind
Ushiro ryote dori shiho nage Four corner throw against both wrist grasp from behind
Katate dori juji nage Cross arm throw

Suwari waza (Kneeling technique)

Yokomen  uchi ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo 1st – 4th pins from side strike to the head
Mune tsuki ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, yonkyo 1st – 4th pins from punch to the stomach

Ukemi Falling techniques

Appropriate level for rank

All techniques should be performed using both omote and ura forms
Omote- moving to the attacker’s front (positive side)
Ura- moving to the attacker’s rear (negative side)

All techniques from prior ranks also to be performed with proficiency
