Tachi waza (standing techniques)

Gokyu Arm lock pin from shomen uchi, yokomen uchi and mune tsuki
Koshi nage Hip throw from katate dori, shomen uchi and yokomen uchi
Kokyu nage Breath throw from katate dori, shomen uchi, yokomen uchi, mune tsuki and ushiro ryote dori
Kote gaeshi Wrist outward throw from katate dori, shomen uchi, yokomen uchi, mune tsuki and ushiro ryote dori
Juji nage Cross arm throw from katate dori, shomen uchi, yokomen uchi, mune tsuki and ushiro ryote dori
Sumi otoshi Corner drop from katate dori,  yokomen uchi and mune tsuki
Ushiro ryote aiki nage Breath throw
Shomen uchi aiki otoshi Breath drop

All techniques should be performed using both omote and ura forms
Omote- moving to the attacker’s front (positive side)
Ura- moving to the attacker’s rear (negative side)

All techniques from prior ranks also to be performed with greater proficiency
